TickShare Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 August 2026

TickShare is a personal shared to-do and shopping list app for families and friends. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the app.

Who we are

TickShare is operated for personal / family use by the TickShare developer (contact via the website at erpbestpractice.com/tickshare).

Information we collect

How we use information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not show third-party ads in the app.

Where data is stored

Account and list data are stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS) services such as Cognito and AppSync/DynamoDB in the region configured for the app (Asia Pacific – Sydney / ap-southeast-2).

Sharing

List content is visible only to people you share with (and service operators as needed to run AWS infrastructure). We do not share your data with advertisers.

Retention

We keep account and list data while your account is active and the lists exist. You can delete lists/items you control; you may request account-related deletion by contacting us.

Children

TickShare is not directed at children under 13. Do not create accounts for young children without appropriate parental involvement.

Security

We use industry-standard transport encryption (HTTPS) and AWS authentication. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
