Delete your account

You can ask for your TickShare account and the data tied to it to be deleted from this page. You do not need the app installed.

Request deletion by email

Email delete_tickshare@erpbestpractice.com from the address you use to sign in to TickShare. Put “Delete my TickShare account” in the subject and include that sign-in email in the message.

Email a deletion request

We complete emailed requests within 30 days and reply when it is done.

Or delete it yourself in the app

Open TickShare and sign in.
On the home screen, open the ⋮ menu and tap Settings.
Tap Delete account and type DELETE to confirm.

In-app deletion finishes immediately and signs you out.

What we delete

Your sign-in (email and password).
Your profile and in-app address book.
Every list you own, and the items on those lists. People you shared those lists with lose them too.
Your membership on lists owned by other people.

What we keep

Items you added to a list you do not own stay on that list. The list owner controls that content. Your email is removed from the member list.
Short-lived cloud service logs may remain until the provider ages them out. They are not used for advertising.
